Plot
Presumed dead after a gang explosion, former LA underworld kingpin Arthur Vance hides in plain sight as a bar night watchman, digging into years of stolen family funds. His daughter Chloe, the current mafia queen, is politically engaged to Leo. Desperate to cover his embezzlement and arms smuggling, Leo attacks Arthur and tries to kill him.
