Love's Silent Pain

In a kidnapping case, Pei Shaoting's mother is killed, while Jiang Mian and Qiao Wanwan are both seriously injured. Qiao Wanwan accuses Jiang Mian of colluding with the kidnappers. Jiang Mian loses her memory and voice, and is tortured by Pei Shaoting's misunderstanding. To save her father, Jiang Mian endures humiliation, while her friend Shen Yan helps protect her, causing jealousy in Pei Shaoting and deepening their misunderstandings. Jiang Mian becomes pregnant, but her child is killed by Qiao Wanwan. The kidnappers reappear, kidnapping both Qiao Wanwan and Jiang Mian again. Jiang Mian jumps from a building, seemingly committing suicide, but in reality, she fakes her death to escape. Five years later, Jiang Mian returns. When Qiao Wanwan tries to run her over, Pei Shaoting saves her but is left unconscious. Jiang Mian learns the truth, forgives Pei Shaoting, and Qiao Wanwan is punished. In the end, Jiang Mian and Pei Shaoting reconcile.
