Love Nearby, Unaware

Ten years ago, Su Ning's father owed a huge amount of gambling debt. After getting drunk one day, in order to pay off the debt, he sold his biological daughter to human traffickers at a high price. When Su Ning was being taken away by the human traffickers, her mother Bai Ying chased after them in a hurry, but was stopped by her husband. After breaking free from her husband, Bai Ying hugged Su Ning, and only had time to put a bracelet on her before being knocked unconscious by a brick thrown by the following human traffickers. With amazing willpower, she woke up, only to see that Su Ning had already been pulled onto a train, which quickly drove away. She could only watch helplessly as Su Ning left her, and swore that she would definitely find her daughter back. Three years passed. In a remote orphanage, Su Ning met Fu Wangyan, who was also an orphan, and the two relied on each other for survival. Before Fu Wangyan was about to be taken away while protecting her, Su Ning broke the angel pendant given by her mother into two halves and gave one half to him as a keepsake. Then Fu Wangyan was taken away, and Su Ning was soon adopted by a couple from the Su family and became the young lady of the Su family ever since. When he grew up, Fu Wangyan became the president of the Fu Group. Due to his lack of a prestigious family background, in order to gain a firm foothold, he was forced to marry Su Ning from the Su family through an arranged marriage. On the night of the Fu family's grand wedding, Bai Ying accidentally met the grown-up Su Ning. After a short contact with Su Ning, driven by a mother's instinct, she immediately felt a strong bond with Su Ning and ordered her secretary to investigate right away. On Fu Wangyan's side, he had always failed to find any clues about Ningning. Just as he was missing Ningning, he received a report from Tang Lin, learning that Su Ning had secretly entered the study and broken the drawer where he kept his letters.
