It’s Not Too Late Now

After a one-night romance, the female protagonist secretly gives birth to a child, attempting to rebel against her son-preferring family. Unexpectedly, her parents accept a 100,000 bride price and intend to sell her off to fund her younger brother's wedding. While fleeing in panic, she unexpectedly encounters the Gu Corporation's CEO (the male protagonist) whom she had a fling with before, and is rescued by him. She deliberately hides the child's identity. Upon returning home, her family cruelly harms the young child, who falls critically ill with a high fever. The female lead, sick herself, desperately seeks medical help alone. Deeply concerned for her, the male lead investigates and discovers the child is actually his own flesh and blood. He rushes to the hospital to rescue the mother and child who are being cornered by her family. From then on, he repeatedly backs her up and helps her break free from the oppression of her original family. She gradually sheds her timidity and lives an independent life. Having missed out on his child before, the male lead regains his beloved family, and the two mutually save each other, heading towards a warm and fulfilling future together.
