Double Happiness in the Year of the Horse

Zhou Chen, the president of Zhou Group, was searching for the benefactor who saved him in a wildfire eight years ago while also dealing with his mother's pressure to marry. He accidentally met 7-year-old cute baby Su Yueyue in a coffee shop. To protect her mother Su Qinghe from being bullied by relatives in her hometown, Su Yueyue pleaded with Zhou Chen to be her father, and the jade pendant she wore made Zhou Chen suspicious. After investigation, Zhou Chen found that Su Qinghe, Su Yueyue's mother, was the very benefactor he had been desperately searching for. At this time, Su Qinghe took her daughter back to Dayan Village, her hometown, where she was being forced by her parents to marry He Yunqiang, who had a history of domestic violence, in exchange for a betrothal gift. Taking the opportunity of a group cooperation project, Zhou Chen rushed to Dayan Village and arrived in time at the wedding scene where Su Qinghe was being forced into marriage, exposing He Yunqiang's true face. In the chaos, Su Yueyue's jade pendant and the one Zhou Chen had treasured fit together perfectly, confirming that Su Yueyue was their biological daughter, and the truth about what happened eight years ago came to light. Finally, Zhou Chen protected Su Qinghe and her daughter from the oppression of their original family, sanctioned the villain He Yunqiang, and the three of them resolved their misunderstandings, confirmed their feelings, formed a complete family, and spent a happy New Year together.
