Three years ago, under the temptation of money, Song Jiayi made a decision that she would regret for the rest of her life. She betrayed Chen Zhixi, who deeply loved her, and personally put a green hat on him. Time flew by, and three years later, Chen Zhixi had become the most powerful man in Nancheng, with immense wealth and influence. Not only did he plan to marry Song Jiayi’s best friend, but he also sought to emotionally reclaim Song Jiayi. In order to raise money for her mother's medical bills, Song Jiayi was unfortunately framed by her best friend, leading Chen Zhixi to find her in bed with another man. Heartbroken, Chen Zhixi chose to leave, inherit the family business, and move far away. Three years later, he returned in glory, but still unable to forget Song Jiayi. He planned to use a female antagonist to provoke Song Jiayi, making her experience the feeling of betrayal. In this elaborate scheme set up by the female and male antagonists, the misunderstandings between the leads deepened. By chance, Chen Zhixi once again caught Song Jiayi in bed, but this time, their relationship underwent a fundamental change. However, the death of her mother led her to give up on Chen Zhixi, and she decided to take revenge by making him believe the child was the male antagonist’s. In his anger and jealousy, Chen Zhixi ordered the child to be aborted. But at the crucial moment, he uncovered the truth — everything had been part of the female and male antagonists’ scheme.
