Plot
Who would have thought that a funeral service customer service agent would have to handle complaints from both the living and The Afterlife? Felix, a socially anxious young man trying to avoid social interaction, stumbled into the dying Eternity Funeral Services. Thinking he could just work quietly, he was instead handed a tattered copy of the Afterlife Customer Service Guide by his boss and told to answer calls from the deceased! As absurd curses turn into warm, lasting memories, and the bonds between the two worlds transcend time and space, this journey of customer service—full of laughter and emotion—will ultimately prove that the most terrifying thing about death is never a lack of a final farewell, but being forgotten entirely.
